An aged Manzanilla ‘Pasada’ and bottled ‘en Rama’ unfiltered. Great complexity is achieved from its 10 years in the solera, Xixarito Manzanilla is a perfect aperitif and accompaniment to a wide variety of foods.
A bright straw colour with a delicate bouquet reminiscent of camomile, almonds and brioche. The palate is dry and refreshing with a smooth, lingering aftertaste.
Best served at 6°C – 8°C.
