Product Description

Soluqua is Barón’s premium range, sourced from the old wines that used to be reserved for family consumption.

An aged Manzanilla 12 years as opposed to 10 for Xixarito. This sherry has been left to the end of its natural fermentation and, at the beginning of oxidisation, aged in old American oak for 3-4 years using traditional criaderas and a solera system.

Pale yellow colour with an intense bouquet of wood, flowers and nuts. It is very dry with great weight on the palate to balance the acidity and crisp bitterness on the finish.
