Old vines of the Zibibbo variety planted on the estate in the 1970's are carefully tended to produce a low yielding and zesty wine. A wine that perfectly pairs with fusion and spice driven dishes.
Bright Straw yellow with green shimmer in the glass. The aroma displays orange and lemon blossom with hints of bergamot. The palate offers a crisp minerality, delicate floral, orange blossom and spiced muscat notes, balanced with velvety length and zippy finish.
