Product Description
An ancient practice of blending in the field, mature and low yielding varieties which are co-harvested and fermented together. The wine is left on lees to create a creaminess and texture. The layers of complexity are influenced by French oak.
The 2017 vintage combines melon and stone fruit notes with citrus blossom and a hint of vanilla. Fresh, ripe and lingering, the medium bodied palate is smooth and silky. A perfect wine to pair with sea food dishes!
