Product Description
Hand harvested grapes from each terroir at different dates in order to find the ideal ripeness and expression. Each component is fermented using different vessels: concrete egg shaped vats, 1000 litre oak casks and in 225 litre oak barrels. 50% of the wine is aged in first use French oak barrels for 14 months.

On the nose, smoky and spicy aromas from oak influence combined with notes of aromatic herbs, wild berries and flowers. It has a round palate with great acidity and round tannins. A great example of Uco Valley terroir.
