Cream is one of the sweeter styles of sherry in Micaela’s range, made by blending both the Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries together. Dark amber in colour with an intense smell of caramel and almonds which characterise the palate along with raisins and candied fruit. The finish is very well balanced.
Best served at 10°C – 12°C.
