Product Description

Predominantly made from very old Monastrell grapes (60%) with the addition of 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Syrah. Maceration and fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, the wine is then aged for around 18 months in carefully selected French and American oak barrels.

​​​​Deep purple colour and a toasty, earthy nose with hints of spice and a touch of balsamic. It opens in the glass to reveal excellent depth of savoury flavours, with plenty of spice and a long, smooth finish. Ready to drink now but will keep well for 5-10 years+.
