The most celebrated of Prosecco wines come from the hillside vineyards of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, the original production area for Prosecco.
Gemin’s vineyards here are farmed in line with organic practices. The grapes are soft pressed at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts in an autoclave for at least 30 days with Charmat or Martinotti method. Extra Dry, it has 16g/l of sugar.
Bright straw colour with an intense and continuous fine-grained perlage (mousse). It is gentle and fresh with a characteristic fresh floral aroma and a harmonious, round taste. A superb, top quality Prosecco!
